There are many species of eel, and different species can cost a good amount of money.  However, we sourced our eel from areas in Asia where the eel are used for food primarily. 

These are a bit smaller than some you can find on the market, but at a far more reasonable price!  Each skin is about 2.5in by 12 inches.
